In automotive safety equipment, components for sensors used in peripheral monitoring require higher precision. By combining film processing with UV laser technology and others, we achieve burr-free, high-precision processing. For example, we can accurately process holes of several tens of microns with minimal burrs in sensing parts. In addition, OCA tapes and 9H high-hardness hard-coat films used around automotive panels can also be processed in a cleanroom without blocking or cracking.
Precision die-cutting of tapes and films / Microfabrication using UV lasers / Lamination of tape and film materials / Laser processing for sizes up to 1 m x 2 m (cleanroom available) / Processing of difficult materials such as VHB tapes, OCA tapes, and hard-coat films
