We received a request from the customer about a prototype combining various materials.

What kind of material combination? And why did the customer come up with such an idea?

The customer is struggling with a heat-related issue and wants to evaluate with different materials, then they selected these.

I see. Given the situation, they are probably in a hurry - please check the process with the factory immediately. Also, propose some additional materials from our side.

Understood. This should be great if this solves the customer's heat problem, What about the cost for prototyping with our suggested materials?
