In general, it is difficult to process narrow foam materials because they can be compressed during manufacturing. By optimizing the die design, CSTEC was able to overcome this challenge and process small gaskets with high precision.
Dust-proof and vibration-damping gaskets are essential components in many automotive and industrial products. In addition to gasket fabrication, CSTEC also provides bonding and assembly services.
Soft foam gaskets are often difficult to bond accurately. However, by carefully adjusting our jigs and dies, we are able to achieve precise and reliable assembly. We also have experience working with automotive components, so customers can feel confident discussing their requirements with us.
