Proposal and Case Studiesof Tapes and Film
Customer requests processing to minimize material loss during use, as the release film used in automotive parts calcining is extremely expensive.
In conventional die-cutting, the material must be fed into the press at fixed intervals, which always causes some material loss. However, in this case, as the shape was a simple rectangle, we applied micro-perforation and delivered it in roll form.
This makes cutting easier during use and improves work efficiency. By tearing along the micro-perforations, users can also greatly reduce material loss.
We offer more than perforation processing. We can process materials precisely on separators and supply them in rolls, arrange them precisely by sheet size, or deliver the final products in trays. We provide products in the most user-friendly form according to customer needs. Please feel free to contact us with any requests.
