The customer wanted double-sided tape to be applied with high accuracy to aluminum heat sinks used inside monitors and displays.
They also requested that the parts be delivered in trays after the tape application process.
We processed the double-sided tape into roll form so it can be used with automatic machines.
After the tape was applied by the machine, we delivered them in trays designed and made by CSTEC.
We can apply tape to customer-supplied parts with high accuracy.
In this case, the production volume was very large, so we used automatic equipment.
We checked and adjusted the application accuracy, die-cut accuracy, and jig accuracy many times.
This ensures stable quality even for large-volume production.
To prevent damage, scratches, blocking, and contamination during transport, we used trays designed by our company.
We repeated transport tests and improved the tray design until we achieved stable delivery.
As a result, we were able to provide a total solution that other companies cannot do.
