Proposal and Case Studiesof Tapes and Film
This customer wanted to integrate electrodes into microfluidic channels to perform various measurements, such as flow velocity and more.
We created silver-silver chloride and carbon electrodes by screen printing. The printed electrodes were laser-processed with position alignment by camera, then laminated with adhesive tape and hydrophilic films to create a microfluidic device with integrated electrodes. This device can be applied to electrochemical sensors, electrophoresis chips, and biosensors, and is also ideal for low-cost disposable chips. Production is available starting from a single unit.
