Customer wants to continuously process small holes of approximately 0.3 mm and is looking for roll-to-roll laser processed materials.
To address this customer's requirement, we developed a custom solution by integrating a roll feeding system into laser processing machine.
This system enables precise synchronization between material feeding and laser emission, allowing complex shapes to be processed without stopping the material flow.
As a result, continuous hole processing becomes possible, and even thicker double-sided tapes prone to blocking, as well as highly adhesive tapes, can be supplied in roll form after processing.
