Customer would like to manufacture face shields. While there are ideas regarding the shape and sales channels, there is a lack of knowledge about suitable materials and processing methods, so proposals are requested in these areas.
We have manufactured a face shield by combining anti-fog and anti-static PET film with cushioning materials and an elastic band.
In addition to anti-fog features, it is also possible to propose options such as HC, antibacterial properties, and UV-cut, up to requirements.
Furthermore, not only PC and PET (oriented / non-oriented), but also OPS and COP can be proposed, even in situations where transparent resin films are in short supply, enabling differentiation from other companies' products.
The face shields manufactured by our company are used in medical institutions such as hospitals and dental clinics.
