Die-Cutting Roll Film with a CCD Camera Press

Customer's Challenge

The customer needed printed roll film to be die-cut accurately while maintaining precise alignment.

CSTEC's Proposal

We used a CCD camera-equipped press machine. The camera detected the printed registration marks and adjusted the processing position in the X, Y, and θ axis. This allowed us to continuously process the roll film.
We are also considering applications for display patterns and RFID-printed materials.
CSTEC can adjust the processing position during die-cutting and laser processing of roll films. Our press machine with CCD camera system enables precise processing of printed materials.
