Customer would like to develop an artificial blood vessel that exhibits contractility similar to real vessels and allows gas permeability.
We fabricated a microfluidic channel by machining a flow path into the middle layer of a three-layer PDMS sheet, followed by plasma bonding to achieve molecular binding.
The resulting channel was precisely shaped by processing the outer geometry of the flow path with camera alignment correction, creating an artificial blood vessel structure.
The PDMS structure exhibits flexible elasticity, allowing it to stretch smoothly, and its gas permeability enables efficient fluid transport, making it suitable as an artificial blood vessel model
