Customer seeks precise processing and lamination of high hardness hard coat film

CSTEC's Proposal

Due to its extremely high hardness nature, 9H hard coat film tends to occur microcracks when processed using conventional die-cutting methods. By utilizing a large CO2 laser, these microcracks were eliminated.
In addition, CSTEC can achieve highly precise lamination without dust, foreign particles, or air entrapment.
