We offer mass production with the combinatioin of precision die-cutting for film processing, laser processing, and lamination. We can also add LOT numbers or QR codes for control. Our process ensures stable and efficient production of film products.
As our laser processing machines can use five different wavelengths, high-precision microfabrication is achievable. For CO2 laser processing, large tapes and films will be processed in a cleanroom environment.
We can fabricate and process PDMS microchannels. Depending on complexity, height, and other requirements, we can complete its fabrication under the optimal production method. From single units to mass production, we can accommodate your needs.
We can fabricate and process microplates (such as for cell culture). For example, creating plates with special formats or custom well numbers, which are not available in standard microplate products, as well as producing microplate seals with unique functionalities.
At CSTEC, not only ISO Class 1 super cleanroom, but also Class 10,000 (ISO Class 7) cleanroom is available. Depending on your requirements, processing can be performed in either cleanroom, film processing for medical and healthcare applications is possible. We use sprayers for polymer coatings. Our factory is designed to prevent dust and foreign particles from adhering during film processing.
We offer a wide range of services, including die-cutting of synthetic resin films and sheets, lamination using double-sided tape, and ultrasonic welding of molded synthetic resin parts. These processes can be combined to provide comprehensive service from upstream to downstream.
