Tapes and films can be looked identical at first glance, making them prone to errors during processing.
Additionally, they can be considered living materials that change with slight variations in temperature or humidity.
At CSTEC that handles such specialized tapes and films, we have established a rigorous management system at every stage of production, ensuring that we deliver high quality products to our customers.

We have creanroom besides a standard environment. We control contamination and temperature and humidity to create an environment for processing high precision parts. In particular, we have ISO Class 1 cleanroom, known as a super cleanroom, which enables us to handle products requiring rigid processing environments, such as those for medical and industrial applications.
Furthermore, our processing equipment uses CCD cameras for position correction, enabling continuous die-cutting with +/- 0.1mm accuracy.





The main inspection items at our company are dimensions and appearance quality. Dimensional accuracy requires strictness equal to or greater than that of metal processed products, so we have high precision image measuring machines in both the manufacturing and quality control departments. By creating an environment that dimensions can be checked on the spot, we enhance product reliability in real time. For appearance quality, we set levels based on whether the part is an exterior component of final product or not.

The quality control department obtains and reviews data from manufacturing processes to quality inspections, and also feedbacks analyzed data on product quality trends to the manufacturing process. This sharing of quality information in two-way helps prevent errors. Through this system, we ensure reliable quality management not only for in-house production but also for outsourced products that quality monitoring tends to be less stringent.

If mistakes occur in film or sheet material selection, it can lead to significant losses at the end user. Therefore, in manufacturing processes that use materials, we use dedicated management forms for each product in principle. By recording process inspection results, such as dimensions, appearance and material lot numbers on these forms, material names can be checked at any time during production and helping prevent problems.

Our company has obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, and we strive to operate a quality and environmental management system that ensures reliability for our customers. While handling hundreds of products, we aim to effectively stabilize quality and environmental standards by maintaining a two-way exchange of quality and environmental information with our production processes.
